Bollywood’s best item number’s specialist male actors


Whenever the item song is mentioned, automatically the women of the entertainment industry hit the mind. Well, the item songs normally carry the ladies in particular but hardly any our mind goes towards the men of the fraternity about their presence in the songs. The males too have been taking part in the item songs these days. Item song, once considered to be like a slang term for the leading heroines of the film trade since these songs were limited to the cabera dancers and the item girls, are now loved to be dolled up by the top notch actresses of Bollywood. Every heroine wants to be featured in item songs. From Katrina KaifKareena Kapoor to Malaika Arora, Bipasha Basu to Mallika Sherawat, all would love to shake the hips on these specially arranged songs.
These days, the item songs are designed specially keeping in mind the worth of the stars and as the film’s success is based around them, they are made specially and with utmost care. The leading Bollywood brigade grabs the huge chunks only for one song. Wow! Have they ever expected in life and career that they would be paid such the biggest amount for just one song? Never! But now they can expect and even charge. As per reports, Malaika Arora Khan after the success of Munni Badnam Hui charges Rs. 2 crores (as per sources and reports) for an item song and Bipasha Basu charges Rs. 1 crore (as per reports) for the song likewise Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor too do. What a big money is involved in an item song!
Well, sensing the worth and the handsome money offered in these songs, the male brigade of the entertainment industry too has turned the face to item songs. Where the heroines are called item girls when they do these particular songs, the actors are termed item boys when they shake the bodies on these numbers.
The leading actors of Bollywood industry who recently did the item songs include Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar & John Abraham and Ranveer Singh.
Aamir Khan
In the film ‘Delhi Belly’, Aamir Khan, Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood fraternity, shook his booty on a dance number ‘I Hate You’ done in 80s style. Khan’s dancing allured the movie fans and his disco dancing was simply awesome.
Shah Rukh Khan
Shah Rukh Khan’s item number Chammak Challo from Ra. One created the biggest ripples in the media and over the web. The song grabbed every eye. The attention-fetching song turned as the biggest chartbuster and even ruled the charts for long. Shah Rukh’s dancing moves were liked by the moviegoers. He danced along with Kareena Kapoor.
Salman Khan
The biggest hunk of Bollywood industry, Salman Khan enticed the fans with his dancing skills in the item songs – Character Dheela and Dhinka Chika from Ready. Both these songs got much popular among the masses due to the dancing styles, Khan dolled up in the numbers. Then he did another item song ‘Desi Beats’ in Bodyguard.
Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor, the Playboy of Bollywood fraternity, who once allured the audiences with his towel dropping song, grabbed the attention of many with his item performance in wacky song ‘Tai Tai Phiss’ of Chillar Party. Dressed in yellow shirt, he appeared an apt item guy in this song doing the wackiest things possible to raise the spirits of the cine buffs.
Sanjay Dutt
In the item song ‘Shake it Saiyyan’, macho man Sanjay Dutt lured his fans and the movie buffs with his true Sanjay Dutt care free casual style opposite the sexy siren Angelina Jolie lookalike Lisa Hayden. The song turned out to be super popular and hummable.
Akshay Kumar and John Abraham
Akshay Kumar and John Abraham grooved the audience with their super dancing moves on the song ‘Subah Hone Na De’ from the movie ‘Desi Boyz’. Their droll among the horde of sexy ladies was such alluring that the viewers loved it.
Well, now you cannot limit the item songs only for the sexy hot gals of tinsel town, as the leading male brigade too has come up showing their hidden talents of item dancing to chill out the audiences.
